Are Chronosport watches made in the USA?
Chronosport watches are assembled in the USA using high-quality components sourced globally. Swiss movements, 316L stainless steel cases, sapphire crystals and proven performance come together in a timepiece you can trust.

What movements do your watches use?
All Chronosport watches use Swiss-made movements from Ronda (quartz) and Sellita (automatic). We chose them for their precision, reliability, and serviceability.
Are your watches water resistant?
Yes. Each model’s water resistance rating is clearly listed on the product page. These ratings are tested and reliable, but we recommend avoiding hot water or prolonged submersion unless specified.
How do I change the strap?
Chronosport watches use traditional spring bars for secure strap attachment. A small tool is typically required. We provide instructions and support if you need help.
What sizes are your watches, and will they fit smaller or larger wrists?
Each product page lists case diameter, thickness, lug width, and lug-to-lug measurements. Chronosport designs aim for versatile proportions that wear well on a wide range of wrists.
Can I read the time at night?
Yes — Chronosport models use Swiss Super-LumiNova® BGW9 or similar premium lume. It’s a non-radioactive, non-toxic compound that charges under light and glows with a crisp blue-white tone in the dark. It’s bright, long-lasting, and applied generously to key dial elements and hands for clear nighttime visibility.
Can I buy replacement straps or parts?
Yes — we offer replacement straps and components. If you need something not listed, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Do you do repairs or servicing?
Yes — should your watch require servicing during the warranty period or thereafter, you will need to send it in to our servicing center. Follow the instructions below carefully:
- Fill out and submit our Service Request Form.
- Carefully pack your watch. Do not mail back the gift box as we cannot guarantee it will be returned with the watch.
- Please remove any add-on accessories before returning the timepiece.
- Include a personal check or money order for $16.00 ($55.00 for international destinations, including Canada and Mexico) for return postage and insurance. If your watch is of higher value, additional charges may apply to cover the necessary insurance. Do not send cash!
- Fully insure your shipment.

Time Service International is not responsible for any add-on accessories that were not part of the watch at the time of sale, including items supplied by a jeweler or other retailer selling the time piece.
For any labor or parts not covered under warranty, an estimate will be submitted for your approval before any work is performed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on all U.S. orders. We also offer affordable international shipping rates.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center in Tulsa. Items are assembled to order. Most in-stock items ship within 2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to view shipping status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP at [support email]. We’ll do our best to help. Once it’s shipped, you’ll need to process a return.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unworn watches in original condition. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund you — no hassle.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Chronosport watches are backed by a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. It does not cover misuse or normal wear, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
